Role Overview
Administer and support compliance activities for complex contracts involving multiple entities and potential legal review.
Work with limited supervision as a senior contract administration specialist and subject matter expert.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate review, administration, and compliance activities for complex industrial, commercial, and government contracts.
- Provide guidance to level I and II contract administrators.
- Set project deadlines and work under limited supervision.
- Assist with negotiating terms and conditions with clients.
- Recommend approaches to outsourcing requirements.
- Serve as team lead and subject matter expert when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- At least 12 years of progressive experience in contract administration.
- Substantial experience supporting major rail or infrastructure projects.
- Comprehensive knowledge of FIDIC contracts and their application.
- Demonstrated expertise in change management and claims administration.
- Proven proficiency in contract compliance and regulatory requirements.
