- Previous experience in a Contracts Administrator role within the construction industry - Exposure to residential, commercial or large-scale building projects - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - Sound understanding of construction contracts and contract administration principles - Strong organisational skills and attention to detail - A collaborative and proactive approach to project delivery - Relevant Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or Building qualifications
