Job Description

  • We are hiring a Contract Administrator to supervise daily site operations at our Al Jurf project.
  • The role ensures smooth workflow, high quality execution, and safe work practices, especially on luxury villa and high rise projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contract Management & Administration: Review, draft, and administer various types of contracts; ensure contractual obligations are defined and adhered to; maintain contract documentation; prepare amendments, variations, extensions, and change orders.
  • Risk & Compliance Management: Identify contractual risks and propose mitigation strategies; ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards; conduct periodic contract audits; support dispute resolution processes.
  • Commercial & Financial Support: Assist in preparation and review of tender documents, BOQs, and commercial proposals; evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations; monitor contract budgets, cost variations, and financial performance; support preparation of claims, EOT submissions, and cost recover
  • Coordination & Communication: Act as key liaison between clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams; facilitate contract kick off meetings, progress reviews, and close out sessions; provide guidance on contractual rights and obligations.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain organized contract files and records; prepare periodic reports on contract status, risks, variations, and compliance; support internal and external audits.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of contract law, commercial terms, and procurement processes.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, contract management software, and document control systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong ethical standards and commitment to confidentiality.
