Purpose of the Role
Drive operational excellence and best-in-class ways of working across global Finance Operations.
Use data-driven analysis and continuous improvement methods to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance end-to-end performance.
Lead process improvement initiatives and collaborate with technology teams on system, automation, and transformation change.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, map, and optimize end-to-end finance processes to identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Lead initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, Kaizen, and DMAIC methodologies.
- Develop KPIs, dashboards, business cases, and benefits tracking.
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders, process owners, subject matter experts, and technology teams.
- Support transitions through process mapping, SOPs, training materials, and readiness assessments.
- Manage improvement projects from discovery through implementation, including risk management and stakeholder engagement.
- Coach and mentor teams on continuous improvement tools and best practices.
- Monitor adoption, compliance, and sustainability of process changes.
