Oversee Integrated Lean 6 Sigma implementation across the organization and manufacturing sites.
Train, coach, and assess teams while monitoring progress toward improvement goals through KPIs.
Key responsibilities
- Lead IL6S programs, site assessments, phase progress, and capability maintenance.
- Govern productivity, loss analysis, and loss elimination programs.
- Establish KPIs for equipment performance, efficiency, and cost reduction.
- Develop training, coaching, assessment plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coach CI leaders and sister-site IL6S teams.
- Train plant personnel on TPM, Lean, continuous improvement, and problem-solving.
- Collaborate with maintenance and production on autonomous and planned maintenance systems.
- Develop IL6S roadmaps, Hoshin Kanri plans, and standardization practices.
- Report CI and TPM progress, ROI, and performance improvements to senior leadership.
Recipe for success
- College diploma in a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in business strategy or project management.
- At least 10 years of manufacturing experience.
- Proven transformation leadership with change management and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to coach, inspire, and influence cross-functional teams and organizational levels.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Technical focus
- Integrated Lean 6 Sigma, Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, TPM, loss analysis, loss elimination, and continuous improvement.
- Use manufacturing best practices, KPI governance, process optimization, and Hoshin Kanri to improve plant performance.
