The Continuous Improvement Engineer II supports the delivery of continuous improvement initiatives that improve safety, quality, delivery, inventory, productivity, and overall operational performance.

This role partners with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities, analyse operational data, and implement practical solutions using Lean manufacturing methods.

The position facilitates Kaizen events, workshops, and problem-solving activities to reduce waste, improve processes, and sustain results.

It also trains and coaches employees on Lean tools and systems, including the Daily Management System, 5S, visual management, standard work, Kanban, value stream mapping, and structured problem solving.

• Lead and execute continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing principles and methodologies to improve Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory & Productivity and operational performance.
• Train and coach employees on Lean tools and systems including Daily Management System, 5S, Visual Management, Standard Work, Kanban, Value Stream Mapping, A3 Problem Solving, and Waste and Loss Reduction.
