Responsibilities
- Research, write, edit, and proofread engaging content for Lovin Cities across digital and social platforms
- Develop relevant story ideas and content opportunities across lifestyle, culture, and city focused beats
- Create bilingual content in Arabic and English, tailored to platform, audience, and format
- Present and appear in content where required, bringing energy, credibility, and personality on camera
- Support video led storytelling through content creation, filming, and basic videography
- Assist with editorial planning and daily content scheduling
- Prepare and maintain the monthly content calendar
- Attend weekly meetings and contribute to editorial planning and content discussions
- Work closely with freelancers, videographers, writers, and content creators as the local operation develops
- Help build Lovin Jeddah’s voice, relevance, and audience engagement within the local market
Requirements
- Journalism background with strong editorial judgment and storytelling ability
- 1 3 years of experience in a digital editorial, content, writing, or similar role
- Strong bilingual Arabic and English skills, both written and spoken
- Experience in content creation, presenting, and videography
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and audience development
- Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and web analytics is an advantage
- Strong interest in lifestyle, culture, and local city content
