Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for Augustus in Jeddah
- Build, manage, and grow relationships with clients, agencies, brands, and strategic partners
- Pitch and secure commercial partnerships, branded content opportunities, and advertising solutions
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads and revenue opportunities
- Represent Augustus in the local market and build a strong commercial network in Jeddah
- Support the day to day leadership of the Jeddah office and help establish the local operation
- Work closely with content and editorial teams to ensure commercial opportunities align with the brand and audience
- Support the growth of the platform and brand presence in Jeddah through market insight and relationship building
- Contribute to local commercial planning and help shape the Jeddah market strategy
- Attend weekly meetings and contribute to commercial planning and business development discussions
- Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of campaigns and partnerships
Requirements
- Strong background in social media, digital media, digital marketing, or digital management
- Around 3–5 years of experience in commercial management, business development, partnerships, sales, or a similar role
- Strong understanding of digital media platforms, branded content, and audience growth
- Proven ability to identify opportunities, build partnerships, and drive revenue growth
- Strong knowledge of the Jeddah market, with an existing network considered a strong advantage
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills
- Commercially minded with a proactive, ambitious, and entrepreneurial attitude
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively to targets and deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams
