About the Role
A confidential Dubai-based company is seeking a creative and strategic Content Creator & Strategist.
The role focuses on developing engaging content and strengthening the company's presence across LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
The successful candidate will combine content creation with audience understanding and consistent content strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute content strategies for LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
- Create posts, carousels, short-form videos, and other content formats.
- Develop content calendars and identify relevant industry and trending topics.
- Support leadership and personal branding through LinkedIn content.
- Write captions, hooks, and storytelling content.
- Work with internal teams to identify stories and content opportunities.
- Monitor content performance and use insights to improve reach and engagement.
- Stay updated with social media trends, formats, and best practices.
Requirements
- Two to four years of experience in content creation, social media, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn and personal branding.
- Excellent English writing and storytelling skills.
- Experience with Canva, CapCut, or similar content-creation tools.
- Creative and proactive, with the ability to generate ideas independently.
- Understanding of social media analytics and content performance.
- Real estate, B2B, or corporate experience is advantageous.
- Portfolio or work samples are required.
