- Develop and execute creative ideas for content on social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Create, edit, and publish engaging content including short videos, reels, stories, and posts tailored to each platform
- Plan and manage content performance in collaboration with marketing teams to highlight products and campaigns
- Build and nurture the digital community through interaction and engaging content
- Stay updated with the latest trends and creative formats on social media platforms
- Contribute to the preparation and enhancement of marketing materials through innovative ideas
- Monitor content performance and analyze results to provide recommendations for improvement
- Maintain the brand's visual and linguistic identity across all published materials
- Cover brand related events and produce direct content including interviews and highlights
Requirements
- Strong experience and skills in content creation and video production for social media platforms
- Ability to present in front of the camera and deliver content professionally
- Excellent command of Arabic, with preference for proficiency in English
- Good knowledge of content management tools and performance analysis
- Understanding of algorithms and best practices for increasing reach and engagement
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
- Flexibility to work during events or occasions as needed
