- Develop and execute category strategy for wellness and supplement category
- Manage supplier and buyer relationships
- Select products and set pricing and promotional offers
- Manage inventory and analyze performance
- Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, e commerce, and regulatory affairs
- Ensure achievement of sales and profit objectives and compliance with SFDA requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (preferably licensed pharmacist)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in category management or buying in the pharmacy, healthcare, or retail sector
- Experience in dietary supplements, vitamins, health products, or OTC medications
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
- Experience in pricing, managing P&L, and inventory management
- Ability to analyze data, plan, and forecast demand
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English
- Familiarity with SFDA requirements and ERP systems or Shopify is preferred
