- Develop creative content for social media platforms, websites, campaigns, and marketing materials
- Create photo, video, short form videos (Reels/TikTok), graphics, and written content
- Plan, script, shoot, edit, and publish content according to marketing requirements
- Create educational and promotional content that communicates company services effectively
- Ensure all content reflects brand guidelines, tone, and messaging
- Assist in developing content calendars and campaign concepts
- Research trends, audience interests, and competitor activities to improve content strategy
- Generate creative ideas to increase engagement, reach, and brand visibility
- Support marketing campaigns, events, and promotional initiatives
- Maintain consistency in branding, visual identity, and communication style
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or related field preferred
- Experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing
- Knowledge of social media platforms and current content trends
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Intermediate skills in photography, videography, video editing, and graphic design tools
- Strong creativity, storytelling, and communication skills
- Fluent in Arabic and English

Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative content for social media platforms, websites, campaigns, and marketing materials.
- Create photo, video, short form videos (Reels/TikTok), graphics, and written content.
- Plan, script, shoot, edit, and publish content according to marketing requirements.
- Create educational and promotional content that communicates company services effectively.
- Ensure all content reflects brand guidelines, tone, and messaging.
- Assist in developing content calendars and campaign concepts.
- Research trends, audience interests, and competitor activities to improve content strategy.
- Generate creative ideas to increase engagement, reach, and brand visibility.
- Support marketing campaigns, events, and promotional initiatives.
- Maintain consistency in branding, visual identity, and communication style.
- Review content accuracy, especially for healthcare and clinical related information.
- Coordinate with clinical and operational teams for content approvals when needed.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or related field preferred.
- Experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and current content trends.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Intermediate skills in photography, videography, video editing, and graphic design tools.
- Strong creativity, storytelling, and communication skills.
Pay
- From AED 6,000.00 per month
Working Conditions
- Work Timings: 48 hours/week, 6 days per week (as per UAE labor law)
- Probationary Period of 6 months
