- Recommend appropriate nutrition interventions
- Provide nutrition counseling and educate patients on healthy eating, meal planning, and lifestyle changes
- Support dietary management for chronic conditions including diabetes, obesity, cardiovascular, kidney, and metabolic conditions
- Monitor patient progress and effectiveness of nutrition plans
- Adjust recommendations based on patient outcomes and medical changes
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams to support patient care plans
- Provide nutrition recommendations as part of holistic patient management
- Maintain compliance with clinical guidelines, healthcare regulations, and company policies
- Identify patients who may benefit from nutrition services and support patient engagement
Requirements
- Valid DHA License/registered dietitian according to DHA and UAE healthcare requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field
- Experience in clinical nutrition, chronic disease management, or home healthcare preferred
- Experience providing patient counseling and developing nutrition plans
- Strong clinical assessment and nutrition planning skills
- Excellent communication and patient education abilities
- Ability to work independently in a home healthcare environment
- Strong documentation and healthcare record management skills

Job Summary

Qualifications and Requirements
- Valid DHA License/registered dietitian according to DHA and UAE healthcare requirements.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field.
- Experience in clinical nutrition, chronic disease management, or home healthcare preferred.
- Experience providing patient counseling and developing nutrition plans.
- Strong clinical assessment and nutrition planning skills.

Performance Indicators
- Patient Nutrition Assessment Completion Rate (% of completed patient nutritional assessments)
- Quality of Clinical Documentation (≥95% completeness and accuracy of patient medical records with timely completion)
- Patient Follow Up Compliance (% of completed follow ups, specifically to patients enrolled in wellness programs)
- Clinical Compliance & Patient Safety (100% compliance with clinical protocols, policies, and regulatory requirements)
- Patient Outcome Improvement Rate (% of patients showing significant and measurable improvements)
- Nutrition Service Utilisation (Conversion of eligible patients into appropriate healthcare programs/services)
Working Conditions
- Location: 202 Capital Golden Tower, Business Bay
- Work Timings: 48 hours/week, 6 days per week (as per UAE labor law) for full time, Part time and commission basis to be determined upon hiring
- May require occasional travels within Dubai for home visits
