Content Creator and Marketing Coordinator

The Company

The Role

1. Content Creation & Strategy

• Plan, Capture, create, and publish high-quality content (images, videos, graphics, and written posts) aligned with the brand’s voice and goals.
• Capture and create engaging video content for all social media channels
• Will require visiting our venues and events throughout the week
• Develop and manage content calendars and campaign strategies across all platforms.
• Stay up to date with trends and audience insights to keep content engaging and relevant.
• Ensure consistent branding and messaging across digital, print, and venue materials.
• Collect and share stories, photos, and updates from venues and internal teams
• Organize and manage the photo/video content library and marketing asset archive.

2. Digital Marketing & Social Media

• Manage all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).
• Write captions, schedule posts, and monitor engagement and community interaction.
• Support and track paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads), preparing performance reports.
• Regularly update website content and visuals in coordination with the development team.
• Respond promptly and professionally to online comments, reviews, and inquiries.

3. Event & On-Site Marketing Support

• Attend events, sign-up days, and tournaments to capture photo/video content and engage with families.
• Assist in event activations, open days, and school visits.
• Ensure timely setup of signage and promotional materials.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience managing social media channels and digital campaigns.
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar marketing or content role.
• Proven experience managing social media channels and digital campaigns.
• Proficiency with **Videography, capture and creation**, of video/photo content.
• Proficiency with **Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut**, or similar tools (desirable)
• Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills.
• Knowledge of social media analytics, paid ads, and email marketing platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Creative mindset and ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with website CMS and AI-based marketing tools is an advantage.
• Driving and having your own car desirable.
