Role overview

What the creator does

• Deliver scripts or creative angles to camera during short on-location sessions.
• Perform as a customer, professional, or the creator themselves depending on the advertisement.
• Adjust tone, energy, rhythm, and delivery across repeated takes based on direction.
• Create natural, direct performances that work on a close mobile-phone screen.
• Memorize short scripts, sustain energy across many videos, and remain precise while moving quickly.
• Walk, gesture, handle products, enter frames, and repeat actions consistently on set.

Must-haves

• Native-level command of the performance language is required; examples include French, English, Arabic, or Russian.
• The creator must be comfortable on camera and have clear voice, diction, and presence.
• The creator must already make social media content and be comfortable with physical direction.
• The creator must take direction easily, be UAE-based, and be available on weekdays at least occasionally.

Preferred experience

• Actor, model, advertising-extra, or brand UGC experience is helpful but not required.
• A second or third language at the same level is helpful but not required.
• A driving licence and car are helpful for shoots outside Dubai but are not required.

Terms and compensation

• The role is freelance and booked shoot by shoot, with a fee agreed in advance for each session.
• The fee depends on the format, duration, and number of videos produced.
• The creator must be able to invoice legally in the UAE; the company does not sponsor visas or pay in cash.
• Travel costs are the creator’s responsibility when the shoot is outside their city.
