Shift Pattern
This role operates on an 11:00am to 7:00pm shift , making it ideal for those who prefer a later start to the working day.
Being office-based means you'll benefit from hands-on support, in-person training, and the opportunity to build strong relationships with colleagues in a collaborative team environment.
Answering inbound calls from individuals interested in joining the British Army
Responding to candidate enquiries via online webchat
Updating and maintaining accurate records on our internal systems
Providing clear information about the recruitment process and next steps
Escalating issues or queries when appropriate
Supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive team environment
