As the Consulting Value Realisation Lead, you'll lead ASC's enterprise approach to consulting governance, assurance and capability development. You'll work with business leaders to ensure consulting engagements deliver measurable outcomes, transfer critical knowledge and build internal capability, helping ASC become stronger and less reliant on external support over time.

Tertiary qualification in Business, Engineering, Management, Organisational Development, Change Management or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.

Proven experience leading business transformation, organisational improvement, governance or capability initiatives within complex organisations.

This role would be well suited to a leader from a consulting, business transformation, organisational capability, governance, continuous improvement or strategic advisory background who is passionate about turning external expertise into lasting organisational capability and measurable business outcomes.
This role requires a current National Police Clearance, an Australian Defence Security Clearance and an ability to access protected US defence technology. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearances and approvals.
Whilst ASC will accept all applications for this role, as this role requires an ability to access protected US defence technology, applicants holding nationality of certain foreign countries will not be eligible.
