About the Opportunity
We're looking for a strategic leader who can bridge the gap between external expertise and long-term organisational capability.
As the Consulting Value Realisation Lead, you'll lead ASC's enterprise approach to consulting governance, assurance and capability development. You'll work with business leaders to ensure consulting engagements deliver measurable outcomes, transfer critical knowledge and build internal capability, helping ASC become stronger and less reliant on external support over time.

This is a full-time opportunity based at our Osborne site in SA.
Responsibilities
- Lead and continuously enhance ASC's Consulting Value Realisation (CVR) function, driving enterprise-wide capability and impact.
- Develop and implement frameworks, governance and assurance practices that maximise value from consulting engagements.
- Build, mentor and lead a high-performing team that delivers strategic support across the business.
- Partner with business leaders and Procurement to strengthen consulting engagement planning, delivery and outcomes.
- Drive knowledge transfer, organisational learning and capability development to reduce reliance on external providers.
- Monitor, measure and report on consulting engagement performance, value realisation and capability uplift.
- Provide trusted advice, assurance and recommendations to senior stakeholders on consulting value and organisational capability.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration and knowledge sharing across ASC.
About you
Tertiary qualification in Business, Engineering, Management, Organisational Development, Change Management or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
