- Lead vertical proposition in the municipal sector (inspection, permitting, etc.)
- Create a case for change with measurable impact and outcomes
- Bridge strategy to execution – translate high level vision into customized solutions and roadmaps
- Own executive level client relationships with public sector stakeholders
- Direct complex, multi workstream programs end to end ensuring delivery excellence
- Drive growth and shape the market by developing differentiated propositions and identifying opportunities
- Lead and inspire high performing teams, building and mentoring consulting teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Urban Planning, Public Policy, or related field
- 13+ years of experience in consulting with strong focus on municipalities or development authorities
- Deep expertise in municipal transformation, urban development, and city services
- Proven experience working with municipalities, ministries, authorities, or national programs
- Demonstrated leadership of large, complex, multi workstream engagements
- Commercial and growth mindset with experience in business development and proposal shaping
- Vision & Strategic Influence ability to connect city transformation to broader agendas
- Excellent command of English; Arabic fluency highly desirable
- Master's degree preferred

How You’ll Contribute

What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Urban Planning, Public Policy, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
