- Cultivate and manage executive level relationships in the Financial Services sector in KSA.
- Shape new Workforce Transformation offerings and identify growth opportunities in the FS sector.
- Define and drive go to market strategy for Workforce Transformation in FS sector in KSA.
- Lead independent origination of complex workforce transformation opportunities by engaging C suite.
- Support end to end pursuit lifecycle from qualification through proposal, deal shaping, negotiation and closing.
- Build market presence and credibility for Workforce Transformation proposition across KSA and Middle East.
- Oversee high impact transformation programs with FS sector clients in KSA.
- Coach and mentor team members on projects, supporting their professional growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field; Master's preferred
- 12 15 years' experience in Workforce Transformation / Human Capital / Organization Effectiveness consulting
- At least 6 years in the Financial Services sector
- Proven experience independently delivering large scale Workforce Transformation projects and leading teams of 5 6
- Fundamental understanding of business and operational aspects of Banking & Financial Services industry
- Deep technical abilities in Workforce Transformation consulting services
- Self starter/entrepreneurial mindset
- Collaborative mindset
- Excellent command of English and Arabic, both written and verbal
