The Opportunity As a Consultant, you will: Design and build scalable ServiceNow solutions across core modules (e.g.

ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps).

Lead technical design workshops and translate business requirements into well-architected platform solutions.

Configure and develop using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Script Includes, Business Rules, APIs and integrations.

Contribute to architecture decisions and ensure development aligns with platform best practice and governance.

Mentor junior developers and support capability uplift across the team.

Work closely with functional consultants, architects, and client stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.

You’ll play a key role from discovery through to implementation and optimisation — not just delivery, but ownership.

What We’re Looking For Proven hands-on ServiceNow development experience in a consulting or complex enterprise environment.

Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and best practice design principles.

delivering end-to-end implementations (design, build, test, deploy).

Comfortable engaging directly with clients and explaining technical solutions in simple terms.

A growth mindset — someone who invests in certifications, learning, and continuous improvement.

ServiceNow certifications (CSA required; CAD or CIS modules highly regarded).

The minimum salary requirement for this role is between $70,000 - $97,000. #LI-DNI
