  • Key Responsibilities:* Assess and diagnose patients presenting with spinal disorders and injuries.
  • Perform a wide range of spine surgical procedures including minimally invasive surgeries.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans combining surgical and conservative approaches.
  • Provide thorough pre-operative counseling and post-operative care and follow-up.
  • Work collaboratively with anesthesiologists, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest advances in spine surgery and related medical research.
  • Adhere to the highest standards of professional conduct and patient confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Medical degree with board certification in Orthopedic Surgery or Neurosurgery.
  • Specialist qualification in Spine Surgery, preferably with fellowship training.
  • Proven experience in a private healthcare setting is highly advantageous.
  • Extensive knowledge of advanced spine surgical techniques and patient management.
  • Strong clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with patients and multidisciplinary teams.
