- Perform and interpret advanced cardiac diagnostic tests, including echocardiograms, cardiac catheterizations, and cardiac MRI scans
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of cardiovascular conditions
- Develop individualized treatment strategies tailored to each patient’s needs
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals
- Perform cardiac interventions and procedures, including angioplasty, stent placement, and pacemaker insertions
- Educate patients and their families on heart health, lifestyle modifications, and medication management
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, research projects, and professional development activities
Requirements
- Medical degree from a Western institution and Western board certification in Cardiology
- Residency training in Internal Medicine followed by fellowship training in Cardiology from a reputable Western program
- Proven experience as a Consultant Cardiologist in a Western healthcare setting
- Demonstrated proficiency in advanced cardiac procedures and interpretation of complex diagnostic tests
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
- Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem solving capabilities
- Capacity to manage a diverse caseload and prioritize patient care efficiently
- Commitment to continuous professional development
