Duties And Responsibilities

• Provide consultant-level Pediatric ENT services in accordance with international standards and best practices.
• Diagnose and manage a wide range of pediatric ear, nose, throat, head, and neck disorders.
• Perform specialized ENT procedures and interventions as required.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient outcomes.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care.
• Provide expert clinical advice and support to medical colleagues and allied healthcare professionals.
• Participate in departmental quality improvement initiatives and clinical governance activities.
• Supervise, mentor, and support junior medical staff where applicable.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and medical records.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, healthcare regulations, and professional standards.
• Participate in on-call duties and departmental meetings as required.

Qualifications

• Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent).
• Completion of a recognized Residency Training Program in Otolaryngology (ENT).
• Fellowship, Board Certification, or equivalent specialist qualification in Pediatric ENT or Otolaryngology recognized by UAE healthcare authorities.
• Current Consultant-level experience in Pediatric ENT.
• Eligibility for licensure in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
• Strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills.
