Responsibilities
- Diagnose and manage a wide range of urogynaecological and pelvic floor disorders
- Perform urodynamic assessments and interpret findings for treatment planning
- Carry out surgical and non surgical interventions for pelvic organ prolapse and urinary incontinence
- Provide specialist consultations for complex Obstetrics & Gynaecology cases
- Develop personalized treatment plans to improve pelvic health and patient outcomes
- Collaborate closely with Urologists, Physiotherapists, Midwives, and Women's Health Specialists
- Educate and counsel patients on preventive care, treatment options, and recovery plans
- Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement programs, and research initiatives
- Mentor junior medical staff and support departmental education and training
Requirements
- MBBS or equivalent Medical Degree
- Specialization in Obstetrics & Gynaecology
- Fellowship / Board Certification / CCT in Urogynaecology or Female Pelvic Medicine
- Proven Consultant level experience in Urogynaecology
- DOH License / Eligibility or equivalent UAE licensing is an advantage
- Experience in tertiary care hospitals or specialized women's health centers is highly preferred

- We are seeking a specialist with advanced expertise in Female Pelvic Medicine, Pelvic Floor Disorders, and Urogynaecological Surgery to join a prestigious women’s health department dedicated to delivering comprehensive and specialized care.
Key Skills
- Strong expertise in Urogynaecology and Female Pelvic Floor Disorders
- Advanced experience in managing Urinary Incontinence, Pelvic Organ Prolapse, and Voiding Dysfunction
- Proficiency in Urodynamic Studies, Pelvic Floor Reconstruction, and Minimally Invasive Urogynaecological Procedures
- Strong background in Complex Obstetrics & Gynaecology Cases
- Expertise in Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery and postoperative care
- Ability to provide patient centered care with a strong focus on women’s health and quality of life
