- Provide comprehensive care for critically ill patients in the Cardiac ICU
- Lead the management of ECMO supported patients, including assessment and intervention planning
- Manage complex cardiac and multi organ failure cases requiring intensive care support
- Coordinate with cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, perfusionists, and ICU teams for integrated patient care
- Oversee advanced ventilation strategies and invasive monitoring
- Ensure adherence to ICU protocols, quality standards, and patient safety measures
- Participate in rapid response and emergency critical care situations
- Supervise, mentor, and support junior medical staff and ICU teams
- Contribute to clinical audits, research, and continuous quality improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent) with specialization in Critical Care Medicine
- Fellowship / Board Certification / CCT in Critical Care or Intensive Care Medicine
- Proven consultant level experience in Cardiac ICU and ECMO management
- Valid DOH License / Eligibility or equivalent UAE licensing advantage
- Extensive experience in tertiary or high complexity healthcare facilities
