Duties And Responsibilities

• Diagnose, evaluate, and manage patients with benign and malignant breast conditions.
• Perform advanced breast surgical procedures, including oncologic and reconstructive surgeries.
• Develop individualized treatment and management plans based on patient needs and clinical findings.
• Collaborate with oncologists, radiologists, pathologists, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient management and follow-up care.
• Participate in departmental clinical audits, quality initiatives, and case discussions.
• Supervise and mentor junior medical staff when required.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, patient safety standards, and ethical medical practices.

Qualifications

• Medical Degree from a recognized institution.
• Board Certification / Specialist Certification in Breast Surgery or General Surgery with Breast Surgery specialization.
• Consultant-level experience in Breast Surgery.
• DOH License or DOH Eligibility Letter is preferred.
• Strong expertise in breast oncology and surgical management.
• Previous experience in tertiary or government healthcare facilities is an advantage.
• Excellent clinical, leadership, and communication skills.
