- We are seeking a dedicated Consultant Family Medicine physician to join our hospitals in UAE.
- The successful candidate will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, focusing on preventive care, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic illnesses.
- This role requires a compassionate approach, strong clinical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient-centered care.
- Responsibilities* Provide comprehensive family medicine consultations including health assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care for patients across all age groups.
- Manage chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma in a community-based setting.
- Deliver preventive care services including immunizations, screenings, and health education.
- Coordinate care and refer patients to appropriate specialists when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in continuous professional development, quality improvement initiatives, and clinical audits.
- Promote a patient-centered approach emphasizing holistic care and health promotion.
Requirements
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with specialization or board certification in Family Medicine.
- Valid UAE medical license or eligibility to obtain licensure to practice as a Family Medicine Consultant.
- Minimum of 5 years clinical experience in family medicine or general practice.
- Strong knowledge of preventive care, chronic disease management, and primary care best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with patients and collaborate with healthcare teams.
- Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care across diverse patient populations.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical medical standards.
