Role Overview
The Consultant – Business Analysis supports delivery of statistical applications, survey platforms, analytics, modern data platforms, data management, and data governance solutions.
Work Arrangement
- The position is full-time and onsite in Doha, Qatar.
Language Requirement
- Good command of both Arabic and English is required.
Responsibilities
- Define requirements for statistical applications, data products, Data Lakehouse, EDW, analytics solutions, self-service BI, dashboards, reports, and data portals.
- Secure buy-in from business stakeholders and prepare specification documents and user stories.
- Manage the backlog and own RFP development end-to-end.
- Lead training efforts and plan, prepare, and conduct user acceptance testing.
- Liaise with business stakeholders and clarify specifications, stories, and requirements for the data team.
- Organize the sprint backlog and ensure stories are ready for sprint planning.
- Validate stories throughout a sprint to confirm they meet Product Owner expectations.
- Support creation of testing strategies, execution plans, test scenarios, and test scripts.
- Work with either waterfall or agile approaches according to project needs.
