Role purpose

Consulting execution

• Act as an ambassador for company values and coordinate a small team as a workstream leader or equivalent.
• Maintain a client-focused and tenacious approach to solving issues and achieving objectives.
• Organize work competently and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Apply best practices and industry knowledge under supervision.
• Develop strong working relationships with team members and client staff.

Business development

• Maintain individual utilization in line with goal-setting expectations.
• Create extensions to current assignments and demand for new assignments based on track record.
• Understand core consulting offerings and build relationships with client peers.
• Identify sales leads and extension opportunities.
• Conduct market research in the selected area of work.

Thought leadership

• Develop insight into selected industry and technology trends.
• Contribute to team thought leadership and document assignments as case studies where appropriate.

Practice contribution

• Complete company administration, including timesheets, appraisals, and expenses.
• Contribute to internal initiatives and the company's intellectual property and knowledge management.
• Use tools, methods, assets, information sources, and intellectual property from the knowledge platform.
• Engage consulting and delivery teams to enhance collaboration and growth.
• Develop reusable process assets and participate in practice development initiatives.
• Share knowledge within the team and network with subject-matter experts.
