Role Overview
This is a part-time, mid-level Construction Supervisor opportunity in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The role coordinates construction activities, supports site execution, manages teams, and helps deliver projects with quality, safety, efficiency, and precision.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities and coordinate workers, subcontractors, engineers, and site teams.
- Monitor schedules, milestones, daily progress, workmanship, materials, tools, and equipment.
- Ensure work follows approved drawings and specifications and promote compliance with HSE procedures.
- Coordinate manpower, materials, inspections, testing, snagging, and rectification.
- Maintain daily progress reports and site records and identify delays, risks, issues, and quality concerns.
- Improve productivity, quality, and site efficiency and support project completion and handover.
Requirements
- Strong construction-site coordination skills and the ability to supervise teams and subcontractors.
- Ability to understand drawings, specifications, and construction plans.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, organizational, and reporting skills.
- Good understanding of construction safety practices and excellent communication and teamwork.
