This role is essential to maintaining RQ's commitment to excellence, safety, and client satisfaction.
Compensation & Benefits
- This position offers a competitive salary range of $115,000–$140,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering Technology, Building Construction, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in positions such as Project Superintendent, Construction Manager, Project Manager, Project Engineer, or Quality Control Manager on comparable construction projects
- At least 3 years of dedicated experience serving as a Construction Quality Control Manager
- Working knowledge of EM 385-1-1 safety requirements, hazard identification, compliance procedures, and sustainability practices
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general computer/internet applications
- Experience with Viewpoint/Vista and RMS/QCS software platforms is a plus
- Maritime construction experience preferred but not required
