Parsons is seeking a talented Construction Project Manager to join our team.
The Project Manager will provide project direction, procurement support, and contract management for major and minor construction, services, and site improvement projects delivered under the Main Construction Manager contract.

What You’ll Be Doing
This role will support the development and management of project scope, schedule, budget, procurement activities, and commercial performance. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with contractual requirements. The successful candidate will work closely with engineering, procurement, construction, site operations, subcontractors, and the client to coordinate effective project delivery.
Participate in design reviews and provide constructability inputs.
Responsible for planning, managing, progressing construction work packages from completion of design phase through to close out and hand over.
Responsible for development of internal budgetary estimates and schedule.
Responsible for development of scopes of work and tender packages. Pre-bid meeting, pre-bid tours and related communication requirements.
Participate in bid evaluations and contract awarding.
Responsible for contractor onboarding, document submittals and approvals to facilitate mobilization and construction execution.
Responsible for execution of construction activities and contractor performance. Compliance to scope, schedule, budget, daily weekly reporting and planning, quality of work, safety and environment. Issues and risk resolution.
Responsible for managing requests for information processes and flow.
Responsible for managing compliance to the change order process and procedures. With a thorough understanding of scope, specification, contract, field activities to support this function and relate documentation requirements.
