Role Overview
Parsons is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee construction supervision and management activities for road and other large civil, structural, or industrial projects.
The role works with design consultants, Project Controls, construction management teams, site supervision personnel, and commissioning teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee design consultant supervision activities and construction project management.
- Establish and maintain the master schedule and budget with Project Controls.
- Participate in value engineering reviews during design and construction.
- Lead site supervision and inspection services and coordinate commissioning and startup interfaces.
- Work from PMO site offices, resolve construction issues, monitor progress, and chair progress meetings.
- Use software, CCTV, or other methods to assess and validate construction progress.
- Supervise preparation of construction procedures.
Workplace
- The senior expert is required to be based at the PMO site offices at all times.
