Role Overview
Oversee a residential construction project from planning to handover.
Ensure the project stays on schedule, within budget, and aligned with safety standards.
Planning and Scheduling
- Create detailed project timelines and set milestones.
- Track day-to-day construction progress.
Budget and Team Coordination
- Prepare cost estimates and manage vendor invoices to prevent budget overruns.
- Lead architects, civil engineers, general contractors, and trade subcontractors.
Permits, Quality, and Safety
- Secure local building permits and ensure adherence to housing and safety codes.
- Conduct site inspections and enforce labor safety and quality control standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience managing residential building or multifamily construction.
- Ability to read blueprints and structural drawings and use project scheduling software.
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and team communication abilities.
Compensation
- Pay ranges from ₹35,000 to ₹55,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
