Overview
- Plan, organize, and oversee all construction activities on assigned projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications, timelines, and budgets
- Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and implement cost control measures to optimize resource allocation
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, and monitor progress against established milestones
- Supervise on-site operations, conduct regular inspections, and ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols
- Lead and mentor construction teams, fostering a collaborative work environment and promoting professional development
- Identify and mitigate project risks, develop contingency plans, and implement corrective actions as needed
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, permits, change orders, and progress reports
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian building codes, regulations, and local construction requirements
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, clients, and government authorities to address concerns and facilitate project success
- Analyze project performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
