- Manage installation and coordination of all MEP systems within terminal facilities
- Ensure compliance with design specifications, NFPA standards, aviation codes, and local authority requirements
- Coordinate MEP activities with architectural, structural, and airport systems packages
- Oversee testing, commissioning, and integrated systems validation
- Monitor contractor performance, productivity, and technical compliance
- Lead technical reviews, inspections, and quality audits
- Support digital delivery, BIM coordination, and clash resolution processes
- Coordinate with ORAT and testing and commissioning teams during testing & commissioning and operational readiness activities
Requirements
- Experience in managing MEP installation and coordination in large scale projects
- Knowledge of design specifications, NFPA standards, aviation codes, and local authority requirements
- Ability to coordinate MEP activities with architectural, structural, and airport systems packages
- Experience with testing, commissioning, and integrated systems validation
- Familiarity with digital delivery, BIM coordination, and clash resolution

Job Overview
- Parsons is looking for a Construction Manager MEP (Airport Terminals) to join the team in Saudi Arabia.
- Responsible for managing and coordinating MEP construction works within the Airport terminal building, ensuring safe delivery in accordance with approved design documents, quality requirements, and schedule.
