Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all construction activities for the High Performance Training Centre - Low-rise buildings experience and facilities like gyms.
- Develop and implement detailed project plans, schedules and budgets.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
- Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve any issues promptly.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to project stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Manage resources efficiently and resolve any conflicts or delays.
