Construction Manager

Lead construction management activities for nuclear EPCM projects, ensuring delivery to scope, schedule, cost, quality, and HSE requirements.

Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction contractors, subcontractors, commissioning, and project teams.

Ensure construction activities comply with nuclear safety requirements, applicable codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.

Oversee site execution, construction interfaces, technical issues, and contractor performance.

Monitor construction progress, productivity, resources, risks, and quality performance.

Coordinate construction activities with commissioning and project management teams.

Ensure effective implementation of project quality assurance and safety requirements.

Provide regular reporting on construction progress, risks, and key performance indicators. *!

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline. Extensive construction management experience with nuclear projects. Proven experience delivering complex EPCM projects. Strong understanding of nuclear construction practices, safety requirements, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. Proven leadership and contractor management experience. Strong planning, coordination, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
