Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 10 15 years of construction industry experience, with at least 5 years as Construction Manager
- Proven experience managing building, infrastructure, or civil construction projects in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project management principles, and local regulations
- Proficiency in MS Office, Primavera P6, and project management software
- UAE driving license preferred

Job Summary
- Desert Man Transporting and Contracting is seeking an experienced and results driven Construction Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from planning through completion.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications
- PMP certification is an advantage.
- Experience working on government, commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects in the UAE.
- Strong understanding of contract administration and cost control.
