Requirements

- 8 to 15 years of proven experience in executing electrical projects in Gulf countries and/or India
- Extensive experience in construction of medium and large substations, including associated civil and electrical works
- Demonstrated expertise in handling power projects such as high voltage substations, transmission networks, and overhead lines
- Strong project management skills to coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven track record in subcontractor management
- Strong supervisory and leadership capabilities
- Knowledge of quality standards and HSE regulations
- Self motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently

Role Overview
- The Construction Manager – Electrical is responsible for comprehensive planning, execution, and delivery of medium to large scale EPC projects in power and infrastructure sectors.
