- NDRC works
- , including microtunneling and pipe jacking operations.
- Oversee site activities such as
- shaft construction (launching & receiving shafts)
- , tunneling, pipe installation, and grouting works.
- Coordinate with design, survey, and geotechnical teams to ensure alignment with project specifications.
- Review and approve method statements, risk assessments, and work plans related to tunneling operations.
- Monitor daily progress, productivity, and resource utilization (manpower, machinery, materials).
- Ensure compliance with
- health, safety, and environmental (HSE)
- standards and local authority regulations.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders for inspections, approvals, and progress reporting.
- Identify and resolve technical challenges such as ground conditions, line & level deviations, and equipment issues.
- Manage subcontractors and ensure quality of workmanship meets project standards.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, lookahead schedules, and cost forecasts.
