Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and oversee all construction activities for the Diriyah Boulevard & Public Realm Project
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to site construction teams and supervision staff
- Ensure construction works are executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to required quality standards
- Coordinate with client, stakeholders, consultants, and contractors to resolve technical and construction issues
- Review and approve construction plans, method statements, and work programs
- Monitor progress, identify risks and delays, and implement corrective actions
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures
- Oversee contract administration in coordination with commercial and contracts teams
- Prepare and present regular progress reports, dashboards, and key metrics to senior management and client
- Support change management, claims avoidance/mitigation, and dispute resolution
- Mentor and develop team members, promoting a collaborative and high performance work culture
Requirements
- Extensive experience in construction management on large scale projects
- Strong leadership and strategic direction skills
- Knowledge of HSE policies and procedures
- Experience in contract administration and claims management

Job Overview
- Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Construction Director to join our site team on the Diriyah Boulevard & Public Realm Project.
- This landmark project forms part of Diriyah Gate Phase 2 and includes a series of iconic and neighborhood parks, open spaces, public realm areas, and more than 55 kilometers of streetscape works.
- The objective of this project is to create a vibrant, inclusive environment that enhances livability, accessibility, and community well being.
What You'll Be Doing
