Role Overview
The Royal Stables Private Members Club in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Concierge/Valet Parker.
The role provides arrival, departure, parking, concierge, and guest assistance services for members and visitors.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide a warm, professional presence at the club entrance.
- Receive, park, retrieve, and return vehicles while maintaining accurate vehicle, key, and parking records.
- Assist with luggage, personal belongings, directions, recommendations, bookings, and general information.
- Coordinate with reception, hospitality, security, and operations teams.
- Inspect vehicles, report incidents and complaints, and maintain safe traffic flow and access.
- Keep valet, entrance, and drop-off areas clean, organised, and presentable.
- Provide discreet personalised service to VIP guests and support events and busy arrival periods.
- Follow health, safety, security, confidentiality, and vehicle-handling procedures.
Required Qualifications
- At least two years of experience in valet parking, concierge, guest services, hospitality, or a similar role.
- Valid UAE driving licence with a clean driving record.
- Confidence driving luxury and automatic vehicles and strong vehicle-handling and road-safety skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Ability to work outdoors and flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with VIP, high-net-worth, or international guests.
- Knowledge of Abu Dhabi roads and local destinations.
- Arabic language ability.
