• Support Safe, Sound and Sustainable policies and procedures.
• Comply with the hotel social media policy for published content.
• Carry out additional hotel operational duties requested by management.
• Create focused conversations that identify guest preferences.
• Anticipate guest requirements and make experiences memorable.
• Act as a hotel ambassador at all times.
• Maintain awareness of fire and evacuation procedures.
• Maintain the Concierge Desk logbook for shift handovers.
• Maintain guest transportation booking records and share them with the butler.
