About the Job

Duties

• Engage guests to identify preferences and anticipate their needs for personalized experiences.
• Arrange travel, entertainment, dining, and cultural activities, with directions and transportation options.
• Maintain detailed records of guest requests and bookings using concierge software.
• Communicate key updates and challenges with management and colleagues.
• Use deep local knowledge of Dubai to provide personal recommendations.
• Deliver service aligned with MOHG Legendary Quality Experiences and respond to requests and complaints.
• Collaborate with the team, participate in meetings, and act as a role model for service excellence.

Candidate Expectations

• Senior school qualification or equivalent; Clefs d’Or membership is a plus.
• Minimum three years in a five-star hotel environment, including at least two years in Concierge, Guest Relations, or Front Office.
• Previous work experience in Dubai is essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PSMS, Alice, and other relevant front-office systems.
• Excellent English communication skills; additional languages such as Arabic are preferred.
