Job Purpose
- The Compliance Specialist will provide administrative, compliance, and research functions to support KU objectives in standards, needs assessment, policies, and monitoring.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Support development, implementation and administration of campuswide monitoring program
- Schedule and provide oversight to campus/department monitoring visits
- Implement and supervise technology based training
- Maintain compliance functions and procedures
- Assist in developing comprehensive needs assessments and improvement plans
- Prepare and present project completion reports
- Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders
- Conduct operational, investigative, compliance and program audits
- Implement and conduct training programs
- Maintain records related to the Compliance Program
- Provide optimal customer service
- Adhere to information security policies
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
