Support the compliance program and help keep payment services, internal processes, and controls aligned with SAMA requirements and applicable regulations.
What You Will Do
- Support compliance policies, procedures, and controls in line with SAMA requirements.
- Monitor regulatory updates and assess their impact on the business.
- Conduct compliance reviews, monitoring, and testing.
- Support regulatory reports, filings, and submissions.
- Work with teams across the company to apply regulatory requirements to payment operations and business processes.
- Maintain compliance records and documentation.
- Support regulatory inspections, audits, and information requests.
- Assist with compliance investigations and corrective actions.
- Support compliance training and awareness across the company.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in compliance within fintech, payments, banking, or financial services.
- Good understanding of SAMA regulations and regulatory requirements.
- Experience with compliance monitoring, controls, policies, and regulatory reporting.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
- Good communication and ability to work across different teams.
- Arabic and English communication skills.
