- Review employee files, company records, and operational documents
- Ensure proper document control and record management
- Maintain confidentiality and data privacy standards
- Prepare audit reports and follow up on corrective actions
- Support branches in achieving individual and team sales targets
- Monitor sales performance and provide recommendations for improvement
Requirements
- Experience in compliance, audit, or sales support
- Knowledge of compliance monitoring and internal audit procedures
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Ability to conduct training sessions
