- Plan and coordinate events from concept to execution
- Communicate with clients to understand requirements, budgets, and expectations
- Prepare event proposals, quotations, and timelines
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, design, F&B, logistics)
- Manage vendor relationships and event supplies
- Supervise on-site event setup, execution, and dismantling
- Ensure all safety and operational standards are followed
- Handle last-minute changes and troubleshoot during events
