Required (Must Have)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (B.A./B.S.) or commensurate work experience
- 7+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, legal operations, privacy, audit, or a related field.
- Experience managing compliance programs, policies, and internal controls.
- Strong project management and operational excellence skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Experience leading compliance investigations, risk assessments, audits, and remediation activities.
- Ability to partner effectively across global, cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred (Good to Have)
Experience in healthcare, healthcare technology, privacy, or other regulated industries.
Knowledge of privacy and compliance frameworks, including HIPAA, GDPR, AI governance, and third-party risk management.
Experience supporting compliance operations in a global environment.
Familiarity with governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) platforms such as OneTrust or similar tools.
